Maybe next time we'll try to complete 100 points before tri-sets and the core/hang board exercises. Our memberships end this week and we've started going up to Charleston. I love training but I've reached the point where the gym isn't inspiring anymore (not that it ever was) and I'd rather go to the cave. Unfortunately my work schedule might be the determining factor in keeping the gym membership.
We went to the cave yesterday afternoon after work and we both climbed new problems. I can't wait to go back and start projecting some of the other lines.
And I discovered I'm getting close to do a front lever!
